Works with the young and not so young, regarding sexual integrity, body image, bullying, self-esteem, depression, grief (including pregnancy loss, infertility, post-abortion trauma, death by suicide), and coping with anxiety and stress. Works with couples for pre/marriage counselling, challenges in families and individuals through life transitions such as unplanned pregnancies, separation for children, divorce, empty nest, peri-menopause, and menopause.

Has a passion for integrating psychology with theology, using solution-focused and positive psychology modalities that emphasise flourishing well-being.
