Theresa has extensive therapeutic experience in working with trauma, both counselling and Pastoral Care in areas of mental health, domestic violence, sexual assault, disabilities, aged care and palliative care.

She has a deep lived experience of Spirituality having spent 35 years in  a semi contemplative religious order as a nun.

She has extensive cross cultural experience having worked in New Zealand, Samoa, Italy and the U.K.
