    Trainer and Assessor – Several Positions

    An exciting opportunity has developed to join Australian College of Christian Studies (ACCS) as a Counselling Lecturer.

    This position plays an important role in supporting and educating our students to become Christian counsellors.

    Working remotely from your own home, you will need to be a self-starter and require minimal supervision. You will need to be flexible as your 2 work days (approx) will be split over the entire week. Hours will be negotiated.

    You will require good communication skills, high attention to detail and be a team player. You will need to live in an area that has high-speed internet coverage and have your own office equipment.

    Counselling Lecturer

    Clinical Supervisor Positions Available

    We are seeking to appoint two (2) suitably qualified, professionally accredited clinical supervisors to provide clinical supervision to our Master of Counselling students who are completing a supervised practicum/internship. This is a contracted position and will commence in February 2023.

    Counsellor/Christian Ministry Position for a Couple

    FreedomLife Te Nikau are looking for a couple for professional/ministry work  in our residential addictions/compulsions programme, and general counselling service.

    The counsellor will have counselling qualifications and experience, and be able to competently counsel, facilitate small groups, have leadership skills, and as Programme Manager / Counsellor, be able to cover for the Director from time to time. Specific experience in addiction counselling preferable but not essential.
    The other person will be able to perform a variety of caring, ministry, administration, leadership, small group facilitation or other roles, depending on skills / experience, and time available (e.g. family commitments if there are children.)

    Applicants for this position should have NZ Citizenship, Residency, current NZ work visa or be an Australian citizen.
