Volunteer Coordinator

Suzanne’s vision for volunteer engagement within CCAA is to help cultivate a Christ-centred community of professional counsellors, where members feel deeply welcomed, genuinely connected, and inspired to serve from a place of purpose rather than obligation. She believes volunteer engagement is more than simply filling roles—it is about creating meaningful opportunities for members to use their God-given gifts, skills, and experience to strengthen both the association and one another.

National office staff

The staff are the initial point of contact for all inquiries related to registration and membership. They oversee a range of responsibilities, including addressing inquiries, managing membership processes, assisting members with registration and compliance requirements, as well as handling registration renewals and leave applications.
