Carl Collins is a former senior child protection investigator, team leader and departmental children’s court prosecutor with DHS Protective Services in Victoria. He was also the co-founding director of CACET Global (Child Abuse Consultancy Education and Training), providing training and consultancy to schools, colleges, churches, welfare agencies, government and non- government agencies as well as police forces throughout Australia, the Asia Pacific and the United Arab Emirates for over a decade.

Whilst Carl provides training and consultancy in relation to all forms of child abuse and exploitation, he specialises in child sex offender consultancy and the practical profiling of child sex offenders for a wide range of agencies, organisations and professional practitioners.

Carl is an accomplished and engaging communicator who brings this complex and disturbing topic to life at levels relevant to the audience.
