Neil has worked in the field of the counselling since the mid 1990’s and has maintained a private practice for the past 30 years. During this time, he began the Narara Counselling service, worked for BCS Lifecare as the northern regional manager, worked for Unifam in domestic violence perpetrators groups, and facilitated lots of groups for Hey Dad, Tripple P, and marriage enrichment programs. Neil worked for the Wesley Institute and Avondale college’s lecturing in relationship counselling and supervision and general theories. He spent 13 years working as the associate director for the Morling College counselling program and along with Helen and others, co-wrote various units and courses within the Morling suite of education options. Married to Judy, together they have 3 adults children and 7 grandchildren.
