Hello, my name is Jan. I am a proud Clinical Member of CCAA, which I have been for approximately the past 8 years.

My passion and primary area of focus is alcohol and drug addiction. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with numerous NGOs, both Christian and non-Christian, as well as being an independent business owner dedicated to addressing these critical issues.

I am employed by Cyrenian House, as a Counsellor Educator where I contribute to an all-female residential program that operates through a trauma-based lens and domestic violence focus. The program I work with is built upon the foundation of the Therapeutic Community, emphasizing the power of the community in creating vicarious learning opportunities in a variety of ways.

I am enthusiastic about sharing my passions and insights with you, and I hope to inspire your creativity in one way or another. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those we serve and continue to grow in our professional and personal journeys.
