Brian Gabriels has a broad range of experiences within the human services sector in innovation, planning, leadership, and management, with a strong focus on the delivery of counselling education.

For over fifteen years in academia, he has built a reputation as a successful lecturer and clinical supervisor. He has been instrumental in the development and implementation of a thriving postgraduate program in counselling. To complement the practical training of counselling students, he facilitated/collaborated/supported the development and management of the Life Design Counselling & Education Centre – a clinical practice providing a counselling service to the community, staffed by Tabor graduate students, counselling program staff and other professional counsellors. He has worked tirelessly to support the growth and development of counsellors. Brian’s lectures are highly appreciated for their clarity and immediate application; and he is commended for consistently achieving above-average student satisfaction levels.
