Terms and Conditions

Event Attendance:

• Online events will be emailed their login details approximately 2 days prior to the event.  If not received, please contact online@ccaa.net.au
• Events that are online may be recorded, and therefore you may appear in the recording.  By booking for an event you agree to this situation.

Event Bookings:

• Cancellation
  • Up to 14 days before the event 90% refund
  • Up to 7 days before the event 75% refund
  • Up to 24 hours before the event 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before the event – no refund
  • No refund applicable if you are unable to join the online events beyond our control.

Conference Bookings:

• Cancellation
  • Up to 28 days before the event 90% refund
  • Up to 14 days before the event 75% refund
  • Up to 7 days before the event 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before the event – no refund

Applications and Membership/Affiliation Fees

• Application Fees
  • Application Fees once an application is submitted are non-refundable.
  • Application Fees on Draft applications will be 50% refunded.
• Membership/Affiliation Fees
  • Membership Fees once received are non-refundable.
