Bill has been in pastoral ministry in local congregations of the Christian Reformed Church in Australia for more than 36 years and is now an associate pastor at Discovery Church (a Churches of Christ church) in Mt Evelyn. He is currently the Director of Mount Evelyn Counselling in Victoria and runs his own practice called “Abundant Life Counselling”.

Bill is a clinical supervising member of Christian Counsellors Association and is registered with PACFA and ARCAP as a Clinical Supervisor.
He has specialised in the areas of depression recovery, trauma processing, marriage counselling and core identity and self- esteem rebuilding.

Bill is the author of the pre-marital guidance book that is compatible with Prepare/Enrich, “Preparing to Leave and Cleave”. Bill has a particular interest and passion for integrating spirituality with the counselling process and is the Spirituality and Ethics chair on CCAA’s National Executive committee.
