Stella is married with three grown up children. Originally from the UK, Stella and her family made Adelaide their home 20 years ago.

Stella has been in private practice for 12 years and works at Visible Recovery as a psychotherapist and also at Lutheran Care as a Family Relationship Practitioner. She is also a qualified Supervisor.

Stella specialises in Couples Therapy, Trauma, Addiction, Depression, Anxiety, Grief and Loss. Stella has a special interest in working with people who struggle with rage, anger and resentment mainly because of her own lived experience and is looking forward to sharing what she’s has learnt about the subject.
