Diane began her journey with Morling College by pursuing a Diploma of Theology, which she followed with a Bachelor of Ministry and a Master of Counselling. Her relationship with the college deepened as she transitioned into academia, taking on roles in the counselling faculty as a tutor and adjunct lecturer in Counselling and Theology (Reflection and Integration). With a rich mission background, Diane served in Lima, Peru for six years from 2002 to 2008 and more recently providing pastoral care and debriefing for missionaries in the field. Currently, she operates a private clinical counselling practice in the Canberra region, working with individuals and couples.
