Jenny completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling in 2008 and then her Master of Counselling in 2011. She gained clinical registration with the Christian Counsellors Association of Australia and PACFA in 2010 and became a registered supervisor with both organisations in 2014. Since working in the field Jenny worked for two years as the Parent Advocate and Support person at an outpatient eating disorders clinic (previously known as The Bronte Foundation) and as the Service Coordinator of City Care Counselling Centre for four years, both in Brisbane. Additionally, she has worked as a sessional lecturer at Christian Heritage College since 2012. Jenny now works at CHC as the Supervisor of Counselling Services, overseeing the day to day operations of the CHC Counselling and Support Centre. Concurrently Jenny has run a private practice over the last 10 years. She works across a wide range of counselling issues but has a special interest in Anxiety and Eating Disorders. She is passionate about helping people of all ages to move forward towards wholeness, breaking free from the things that keep them ‘captive’ and helping them embrace their God-given potential and purpose.
