Karen Robinson. Before joining JourneyOne as a Business Consultant in 2018, Karen was the Managing Director of Mango Group for over 10 years and so combines extensive consulting experience with her practical understanding of business leadership. She has consulted with clients in the areas of strategy development, culture transformation, and organisational agility. Karen has worked with leaders in large corporates, government agencies and not-for-profits as they wrestle with the challenges of working effectively in today’s rapidly changing world.
Prior to starting Mango, Karen spent over 16 years working in a global, not for profit organisation (12 of them in leadership roles) where she worked in Australia, Indonesia, and the US. For a number of years she was a regular lecturer on ‘Ethics, Spirituality and Psychology in Counselling’ for the Australian Institute of Family Counselling (AIFC). Karen holds a Masters in Business Administration, a Post Graduate Certificate in Small Business Management and a Certificate IV in Coaching. She is currently studying Design Thinking and Creative Leadership with IDEO U.
