Steph Reedman is a specialised child and adolescent counsellor with qualifications and experience across education, ministry and private practice. As an Adjunct Lecturer, Steph is committed to supporting counselling students to integrate theory with clinical practice.
Steph has a particular interest in developmental trauma and adopts an integrative, neuroaffirming, and strengths-based approach in her work with young people. She values collaborative practice, working alongside families and professionals to support holistic outcomes. Steph is also actively involved in community initiatives, particularly within the foster care space, and is passionate about helping individuals find pathways toward healing and wholeness.
