Event Registration and attendance:
Once registration is completed, an email confirmation and tax invoice will be sent to your nominated email address. If you have not received the confirmation within 2-3 hours, check your junk/spam folder and contact CCAA at: info@ccaa.net.au.
All details are in your booking.

All future correspondence pertaining to this event will be communicated through the CCAA office or the CCAA mailchimp account. To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend adding online@ccaa.net.au  email addresse to your safe sender list to prevent any missed communications.

You will also receive reminder emails from CCAA prior to the event with details for the event. If you have not received the reminders, check your junk/spam folder and contact CCAA at: info@ccaa.net.au no later than the day before the event.

  • Events that are online may be recorded, and therefore you may appear in the recording.  By booking for an event you agree to this situation.

Event Bookings:

  • Cancellation
    • Up to 28 days before the event 90% refund or may request a full credit to be applied to their account and are valid for up to a year from the purchase date.
    • Between 27-14 days prior to the event – 75% refund or may request credit for 85% to be applied to their account and are valid for up to a year from the purchase date.
    • 13 – 7 days before the event 50% refund or may request credit for 60% to be applied to their account and are valid for up to a year from the purchase date.
    • 6 days or less prior to the event – No refund, other than for ‘exceptional, unforeseeable circumstances’.
    • Less than 24 hours before the event – no refund.
    • No refund applicable if you are unable to join the online events beyond our control.
    • **  If this event has to be cancelled by CCAA for any reason a full refund will be awarded to all registrants. This policy is at the discretion of CCAA and may change.

Applications and Membership/Affiliation Fees

  • Application Fees
    • Application Fees once an application is submitted are non-refundable.
    • Application Fees on Draft applications will be 50% refunded.
  • Membership/Affiliation Fees
    • Membership Fees once received are non-refundable.
