When clients present for counselling, it is not common for them to disclose that they live in cluttered environments. They may present with anxiety or depression and we may miss the little bits of information they provide. In understanding these disorders, it will enable us to listen to the story so we can help them address these behaviours.

Expected Outcomes:
Understand HD & SCS from a holistic framework
Understand the psychology, emotional attachment and behaviors that underpin the disorders from a therapeutic framework, including the DSM-5 classification
Effectively identify the presence of HD & SDS
Using Assessment Tools to better inform our therapy approach
