Since the Royal Commission into institutional sexual abuse, many denominations now require their clergy and pastoral staff to have regular supervison of their pastoral ministry. This event will provide supervisors the relevant processes and procedures to deliver effective and efficient supervison to this population.
As a result of participation in this seminar the registrants will be able to better deliver pastorally relevant process and procedure to ensure effective and efficient supervision to ministry staff for whom it is required.
